It is days, like this weekend, that remind me that I grew up in Paradise. (aka: San Diego!)

The weather is absolutely gorgeous and the forecast can't even add gloom to the time change. What time it is, now? *giggle*

Romancing the Ordinary arrived, from The Paperback swap. The pages have this rough/raw/uneven texture and feel. The font is brown. So me.

I ate this amazing Pasta Salad all weekend. I made two big batches of the Fantabulous Pepper Cornbread, too.

I found a Banana Muffin recipe that can replace my need to ever make my fantastic banana bread, again. Really.

As a bonus, we made some yummy Strawberry Muffins, too.

Last weeks menu went very well, although I still haven't made the peanut chicken. Maybe this week.

Oh, and I exposed my fridge.

I finished reading The Diary of Brett Colton and The Lost Memoirs of Jane Austen. I had some excellent Shrimp and Grits, at the Glass Onion, and went with the LowCountry bloggers to see a hockey game.
