So much going on.. so little time to blog..

I made it to Sweatman's BBQ, on Valentine's Day, with the LowCountry Bloggers. It was an adverturous trip, out there, in the rain, and no cellular service... but we finally found it and noshed well.

I stole this photo, from Kathy, on Facebook. That's me multi-tasking not behind a keyboard. *gRiN* Thanks for posting, Kathy.

I met this wonderful lady, just before that meet-up, at the 21st Century Photo Meet-up. We talked of her daughter and her grandchildren. I gave her my card, to pass to her daughter, for my daughter's ability to babysit.. *giggle*

On the way to Sweatman's, I learned my new photo meet-up friend is Heather's mother. Heather, my vacation-in-Florida-partner-in-crime, friend, and neighbor, from the "Corner." (Moncks Corner.)
Small world. *big smile* She can call me a slacker. She KNOWS I don't make my bed. Ever. :P

On the Blog Front.. I have so much more to blog.. when I can think without this brain fog..

Ephemeral Pursuitz

I managed to get to the Gun Show at the Fair Grounds, in Ladson. It was swimming with people. It was wall-to-wall stand still, type of walking.. often. We talked to one vendor who spoke of the morning being much busier. The comments, of those, walking around us, were very, "You should have seen it earlier." I'm thankful, now, for my lazy morning.

I found the gun I want. This isn't really the place to blast me with anti-gun crap. I have a reason, whether you agree or not. I also found a concealed weapon's training course to take, that is affordable and all-inclusive. Education is what I wish all gun owners signed up for..

I finished Twilight, Book 4, on the phone. I haven't finished Book 1, with The Boy, yet. He's been under the weather, to say the least.

I joined a few blog carnivals and memes, and a twitter party. I've left a few more comments and read a few more 101 lists.

I paid down more credit card debt.

I finished reading The Secret Journal of Brett Colton and cried and cried and cried. Yes, I did.

My poor gratitude journal has had many slips of memory, before I shut down, for the night. Maybe I should get a back-up, started, on paper, that I can photograph, for those nights. Yes. I think I'll do that. :)

I Put Up and then the Freezer was bulging.. Catsup doesn't really freeze. It is like the consistency of a Fudge Ice Cream Bar, after sitting on the counter, at room temperature.. cold and yet soft. Its very strange. I don't think I'll freeze-up cilantro, again. It smells like greens they put in smoothies.. and is much too different, for me. The parsley is fab, tho. :)

I introduced Locklear's on the Folly Pier and Made some Yummy Chocolate Chip Muffins, too.

Field of Dreamz From the Cheap Seatz

Awesome Full of Win Corn Muffins modified from a mix went great with Mexican Rice Casserole. The Rice Casserole seemed to be the only real winner, besides the HM Ranch, on the menu.

Regular canning jars, that I already use to store and use my HM Laundry soap, fit on my blender! Making laundry soap just got better. Just don't breathe when you use it, now. No more white powder stuff on the blender. Live and Learn. *sigh*

This menu has stuffed many new and tasty delights in my freezer. The ground beef Gyros were a huge hit, sliced and re-heated, to go on top of big Romaine Salads, last night. Easy and full of yum.

After getting all eggy, I joined the Saturday 9 meme. True Confession, there. Then I joined the #typeamom Twitter party and got lost, swimming in tweets, on tweetgrid. I met some fantastic new twitter friends and have more blogs to walk through.. Hopefully, I can keep up, among the serious brain fog.. Please bare with me, new followers. This, too, shall pass.

FamilyHugz Eatz Cake

I pulled a miracle outta no where. True Kitchen Miracle. Bread Pudding. Even the caramel sauce, on top, just came out of my head. I so love that everyone devoured it.

Until next week, ~Heidi
